Make it a point to go for healthy options as much as you can to bring back the power of your erections in full swing again.

You hardly sweat it out.

Exercise basically keeps the heart in the pink, which maintains its ability to work like it should when you get sexually aroused.

At its simplest, the heart is in charge of pumping a more than usual amount of circulation to the pelvic region, where they get absorbed by the erectile tissues in the penis to get them firmed up.

As soon as these erectile tissues absorb all the blood they need, you’re ready to rock and roll in the bedroom.

Making it a point to have at least 15 to 30 minutes of vigorous exercise like jogging or biking each day will do the trick.

You don’t stay hydrated.

Blood channels like the blood vessels, arteries and veins need to stay as supple and flexible as they can to direct circulation to the erectile tissues in the penis properly.

They tend to lose their suppleness when you allow yourself to get dehydrated.

Keep in mind to drink at least 6 to 8 glasses of water or fresh fruit juice each day (and no, sodas and other sweetened carbonated beverages won’t count) and you’re good to go.
