The strength and quality of your erections play a very important role when it comes to lovemaking.
Besides ensuring that you will really knock your lover’s socks off while the action’s hot between the sheets, you’ll also experience loads of pleasurable sensations in your end while at it.
However, there’s just one problem that you’re noticing. It seems that your erections are losing their power these days.
Now while this is no doubt an issue that can get you anxious in no time, I’d just like to point out that there’s no need to resort to the blue pill or any other artificial product just yet – which can lead to adverse side effects sooner or later, too.
Chances are you just have these bad habits that can make it really tough for your body to really let you rise to the occasion…
You drink a lot.
Although I’ve emphasized in an earlier post that moderate alcohol consumption can help strengthen the heart and optimize your blood flow leading to more intense erections, overdoing it will only result to the opposite.
Excessive alcohol levels in the blood channels can already impair them from doing their jobs properly. Plus, frequent alcohol binging also makes you prone to a lot of other health problems.
Make sure you limit to one or two drinks daily and you’re going to be fine.
Did you know that nicotine isn’t the only chemical that you’re going to introduce in your body when you puff on a cigarette?
Besides carbon monoxide and tar, there are literally hundreds of dangerous and toxic stuff in there that can make blood vessels, veins and arteries lose their elasticity and suppleness when exposed to them for a long time.
Kick the habit as soon as you can to prevent this from happening in the long run. The danger of getting emphysema and lung cancer are also very real.
You don’t exercise regularly.
Making it a point to sweat it out in a regular basis not only keeps you fit and trim, but also maintain the overall wellness of your heart.
Simply keeping in mind to have 15 to 20 minutes of vigorous exercise can already do wonders for your heart and the rest of your body, too.
You don’t have to go hardcore when you do this, too. For starters, you can slow jog, have a bit of brisk walking or perhaps ride a bike.
